Our goal is to acquire a diverse portfolio of freehold properties and lease them for long-term rental income. Investors in BTL Coin will hold direct shares in the underlying property assets and benefit from a share of the monthly rental income.

At present, our focus is on high-growth regions across the UK, specifically areas projected to deliver an average annual yield of approximately 10%. The map below highlights our current target locations, along with the government’s planned investment in these regions through to 2027.
